Shipping/Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way. Do not worry!
You will have five days to request a refund,
counting from the date of delivery.
You will have to send us an e-mail to customerservice@numbertwo.ch specifying your
order number and we will inform you all at the time.

If you live in Switzerland, the return will be free and
we'll take care of everything.
If you are anywhere else in the world, we will take care of all the management
and we will refund the total minus the original shipping and return costs.
